There was a wolf in a forest whose name was Shadowfang. Like his name, he was dangerous and very clever. Even the lions of the forest were afraid of his agility and anger.
Shadow had a habit of attacking other animals only at night and disappearing during the day. Even the big animals of the forest were afraid of him at night.
One night Shadow was very hungry and reached the middle of the forest in search of prey.
There, far away, he saw Lunara, who was very beautiful,
sitting on the top of the mountain and looking at the moon.
Shadow sees her and runs towards her very fast, as if he was going to hunt Lunara. Lunara hears the sound of him running, but she does not move, she just keeps looking at the moon quietly.
Shadow had come very close to her. While running, Shadow thinks, "Why didn't she run away?" and he tries to slow down his speed. But because of running so fast, he collides with Lunara.
Lunara starts falling from the top of the mountain. Shadow was watching her fall from the mountain, but there was no panic on Lunara's face. She was smiling at Shadow even while falling.
Shadow cannot stop himself after seeing her and he also jumps. Both of them collide with a tree and fall on the ground.
Shadow angrily pushes Lunara hard and shouts,
"Do you want to die?"
Lunara replies,
"Yes, I want to die. You were going to hunt me, right? So why did you save me? I knew you would come and hunt me. That's why I was sitting there."
Shadow turns around her and says,
"Looks like it's too early to die."
Lunara says smiling,
"You know why you saved me? Because you are not as bad as other animals fear you. I knew you couldn't eat me."
Shadow angrily says,

"You were chasing me?"
Lunara replies,
"Yes."
(Shadow pushes her down and angrily asks)
"How long have you been following me?"
Lunara replies,
"Two weeks. I see you every day."
Shadow jokingly says,
"Why? Do you like me?"
Lunara replies,
"Don't talk like humans. Why did I start liking you? I have a very important work with you."
Shadow asks,
"What work do you have?"
Lunara says,
"My daughter has been taken away by some human hunters. She is still very young. Only you can save her."
Shadow says,
"Why should I save her? What will I get? She is your daughter, you know that."
Lunara says crying,
"If you don't save her, I will die. I will not be able to live without her. You would have eaten me anyway, so why did you save me?"
(Shadow says angrily)
"Oh, don't do this emotional drama and don't come in front of me again."
Saying this, Shadow leaves from there.
(Some time passes. Lunara does not return to Shadow. Shadow's only thought is whether he did the right thing by refusing her. Then he forgets about it.)
One night, while Shadow was hunting, he saw Lunara running away. She was drenched in sweat and was running for a long distance.
Shadow runs after her and shouts,
"Stop!"
But seeing Shadow following her, Lunara starts running faster.
At the same time, Shadow sees four people in a human hunter's cart carrying a deer in a cage and heading towards the city at a great speed.

Just then Shadow pounces on the hunter and strikes him in the face with his claws, injuring the hunter.
Another hunter tries to attack Lunara with a knife, but Shadow grabs him by the throat and knocks him down and attacks his stomach with his claws.
The driver gets scared and closes his gate and calls for emergency. Shadow angrily hits the glass of the cage with his claws, but the glass doesn't break.
The driver slowly starts moving his vehicle forward.
Shadow quickly hits his head on the cage and makes it fall. As soon as the cage falls, the deer comes down. Shadow starts licking Lunara's wounds.
Meanwhile, the other wolves also come there, but stand at a distance, afraid of Shadow.
However, the rest of the wolves knew that Shadow was not hungry and he could eat humans too. So they pounce on the humans and start eating them right there.
Lunara gets up and attacks the deer's cage and breaks the lock.
As the deer gets free and starts running, Lunara attacks it and starts eating it.
Seeing this, Shadow angrily asks,
"If you had to kill it, why did you save it from the hunters?"
Lunara replies,
"I didn't risk my life to save it. I had to save my little one."
Shadow angrily says,
"If I hadn't come, those hunters would have taken you too."
Lunara smiles and says,
"That's what I wanted. You ruined my whole plan."
Shadow says irritably, "You're just being stupid. Forget your daughter. You'll lose your life by attacking such hunters."
(Lunara angrily attacks Shadow and shouts,)
"If you can't save her, then don't! She's my daughter, I'll bring her back myself. I don't need you. Don't get in my way anymore!"
(Shadow calmly replies,)
"Understand me. Going to the human world and rescuing your daughter from there is not an easy task. By the way, what is your daughter's name?"
(Lunara says in a bitter tone,)
"Nixara."
(Shadow pauses for a moment and asks,)
"And your name?"
(Lunara takes a deep breath and says,)
"Lunara."
Shadow: "Both mother and daughter have nice names. Why don't you ask their father for help?"
Lunara: "I don't know him."
Shadow: "Were you scared?"
Lunara: (angrily) "Watch your tongue. And listen, tomorrow some more hunters will come to the other side of the forest
They will come to set a trap. I will not attack them, but will follow them to the human world. If you want to come, come."
Shadow: "I have no interest in taking a stranger girl and her arrow. Do whatever you want. Live or die."

Lunara: (in a tearful voice) "One who loses his mother as soon as he is born and does not have children of his own, can never understand the pain of his child."
(Taking a deep breath) "If you want to come, come. Otherwise you may not even see my dead body."
(Saying this, Lunara leaves from there.)
What will happen next?
Will Shadow go to help Lunara?
Or will Lunara lose her life in the process of saving her child?
