Treasure of Seven Trials - Aaliyah’s Treasure Map
Ali, a poor guide, lived in a small village in Rajasthan. His entire life was spent in showing the way to tourists in the desert and telling them stories. One day, when he did not get any customer for a long time, he reached a place while roaming around secretly where very few people came. There was an old palace there. Very few people went to see that palace. Ali thought, why not first of all I should see this palace properly, and collect some information, then I will take the tourists and show them.
When he went inside the palace, the atmosphere was quite dirty and old. Ali kept finding old things there-clothes, torn things, and old things that old people had used. As he was moving forward inside the palace, he saw a basement. He went inside the basement, where he found some old coins. He collected all the coins in his bag and took them home, and thought that it would be quite useless to bring any tourist here.
Just as he was thinking of going back, he saw a small shiny round thing. He quickly went there and started lifting that thing. As he removed the soil, he realized that it was a box. That box was very old and very strong, and there was a lock on it. Breaking the lock seemed quite difficult, but Ali looked at the box and thought that this box must be very weak. He started breaking that box by hitting it with stones from his side.
After a long time, Ali found a part of the box to break. Slowly he put his hand inside and took out something. It was a beautiful garland, which still retained its old beauty. Ali is very happy and opens that box completely and looks at it. He finds some more old and small things in it. Ali is very happy and finds one more thing wrapped in a cloth. When he opens that thing, it turns out to be a book.
The name of that book was Aaliyah Ki Kahani (Aaliyah’s Story). Ali starts reading that book.
It was written in the book:
"I am Aliyah. Today I have turned 18 years old and preparations for my birthday are going on with great pomp and show. My father has decorated the whole palace and has invited the people for dinner. I am very happy and sitting near the window of my room, watching everything and writing this book."
Ali was reading all this with full attention and was thinking, should I take this book home and read it completely? So Ali brings that book and after learning something he gives it to his mother and says, I have earned this today. His mother learns and keeps it safely.
Ali sits in his corner and starts enjoying the story of Aaliyah while reading the book.
Further in the book it was written:
"Yesterday when I was writing the story, the soldiers took me away. My father had called me and we went there and celebrated my birthday with great pomp and show. I don't like too much noise, so I like to watch everything from a distance. My father is always busy in public work and I stay alone in my room."
Ali was very lost while reading the whole story and he started understanding the world of Aaliyah. He thought, if I read this book completely then maybe some more secrets can be revealed.
Then Ali's friends came to call him, and Ali hid the book and went with them.
