The Magic Pen and the Little Bird

Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a boy named Arjun. Arjun was very fond of writing stories but he did not have any special tools to write. He always thought "I wish I had a pen that would make my stories magical."

One day, when Arjun was sitting on the bank of a river trying to write something in his diary, a little bird came and sat near him. The bird's feathers were sparkling golden and it had a sparkling pen in its beak.

Arjun asked the bird "Where did you get this sparkling pen from?"

The bird smiled and said "This is not an ordinary pen. It is a magical pen. But to get it, you have to prove your intelligence and kindness. Are you ready?"

Arjun agreed excitedly. The bird gave him three difficult challenges.

First Challenge: Test of Kindness

The bird sent Arjun to an old tree on the outskirts of the village where an injured rabbit lay. Arjun wasted no time in bandaging the rabbit with his shirt and kept it in his house until it recovered.

Second Challenge: Test of Intelligence

The bird then sent him to a labyrinthine forest where he had to find a glittering pearl. Arjun used his intelligence to recognize the signs on the way and found the pearl.

Third Challenge: Test of Truth

Finally the bird said to Arjun "Now here is the last test. Tell me the truth. What will you do with this magic pen?"

Arjun answered honestly "I will write stories for children with it to give them inspiration and joy."

The bird was impressed by his honesty and said "You have passed all the tests. This magic pen is now yours. Any story you write with it will magically come to life."

Arjun wrote the first story with the magic pen in which a garden was filled with magical flowers. His stories spread happiness in the entire village.

This is how Arjun and his magic pen filled the hearts of children and adults with the magic of stories.
